摘要
报道了一种制作新型电流型葡萄糖传感器的方法 .用金纳米颗粒吸附葡萄糖氧化酶 ,采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为辅助固酶膜基质将其固定在铂金电极的表面 .在待测的葡萄糖溶液中加入萘酚绿作为电子媒介体 ,制成葡萄糖生物传感器 .酶吸附在纳米金表面上稳定且仍能保持其生物活性 ;而电子媒介体的存在 ,显著提高了传感器的响应灵敏度 .线形范围在 5 0× 10 -5~ 5 0× 10 -2 mol/L ,检测下限为 2 5× 10 -5mol/L(信噪比为 3) .用该生物传感器测定了人体血清中的葡萄糖 .尿酸、抗坏血酸等对测定无干扰 .
A new approach to construct an amperometric biosensor was described. Glucose oxidase (GOx) had been adsorbed to colloidal gold sols combined with polyvinyl butyral (PVB), which were immobilized onto the surface of a platinum electrode. The GOx immobilized on colloidal gold was stable and retained its functional activity. With the aid of the mediator, naphthol green B in the solution containing glucose, the biosensor improved its sensitivity to the glucose. The oxidation current investigated with cyclic voltammetric peak current was linear with glucose concentration ranging from 5×10^(-5) mol/L to 5×10^(-2) mol/L, with calculated limit of 2.5×10^(-5) (S/N of 3). The interferences and application of the biosensor were also studied.
