摘要
用透射电镜观察大鳍早期卵子发生的超微结构 ,发现卵原细胞时期细胞器丰富 ,线粒体发达 ;初级卵母细胞早期 ,可见到卵黄核和颗粒细胞 ,细胞外具有质膜和结缔组织膜 ;初级卵母细胞后期 ,在滤泡层下面可见到放射层 ,该时期线粒体。
Ultrastructural characteristics of oogonia and primary oocyte in Bagridae catfish Mystus macropterus were examined with a transmission electron microscope. Plenty of mitochondria were observed in oogonia. At early stage of primary oocyte, there are a connective tissue membrane and a plasma membrane, and granulosa cell can be seen in this stage. At later stage of primary oocyte, a primary zona radiate appears and beneath the fllocicular layer which was subjacent granulosa cell. Morphology and number of mitochondria, yolk nucleli and oocyte envelope changed substantially, and thecal cell can be seen in this stage.
