摘要
本文测量分析了103对7~12岁同性别双生儿童的屈光状态。结果表明:单卵双生屈光状态(球镜度数及柱镜度数)的偶内相似程度高于双卵双生;柱镜度数的遗传度高达0.77,而球镜度数的遗传度仅为0.43;提示儿童散光多受遗传因素控制,而小于6.00D的近视或远视则多受环境因素的影响。
Diopters of sphere and cylinder were measured in 103 pairs of twins of the same sex (71 monozygotic and 32 dizygotic) aged 7—12 years. The monozygotic twins showed a higher within-pair similarity than dizygotic twins for both sphere and cylinder. Heritability estimate of cylinder(0. 77) was higher than that of sphere (0. 43). These results suggest that genetic factors play a major part in the determination of astigmatism,but environmental influences are more important for spherical ametropia.
