摘要
对7例健康人血清内源性洋地黄样因子(EDF)进行24h动态监测。结果表明,血清EDF均值曲线两个高峰分别出现在0～4时及12～16时;男性均值曲线水平高于女性;同一时间点个体间差异较大;同一个体24h内EDF浓度变化亦较大。
The circadian changes of serum endogenous digitalis-like factor (EDF) were monitored in 7 healthy volunteers by radioimmunoassay. Blood samples were taken every 2 hours. The results showed a higher peak of serum EDF at 0-4 and a lower one at 12-16 o'clock. Large circadian and individual variations were found. Serum EDF concentrations were relatively higher in male than in female. The result is considered to be important for digoxin treatment.
