白介素-2对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响

实验结果表明:一次或多次皮下注射重组白介素-2均不能阻止卒中易感型自发性高血压大鼠(SHR_((?)p))形成高血压,且主动脉对去甲肾上腺素的反应性以及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度与对照动物相比,均未发现显著差异。说明皮下给予白介素-2无对抗SHR_((?)p)高血压的作用。

It has been known that immunodeficiency is present in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR). By using interleukin-2 (IL-2), an immunological modulator and T-cell growth factor, Tuttle and Boppana found that the development of hypertension of young SHRs could be prevented completely by a single bolus dose of IL-2 (5000 u/kg); and blood pressure of adult SHRs could be normalized by the same dose. Contrarily, Paseual, et al reported that IL-2 could not attenuate hypertension in SHRs.In order to make it clear, the same dosage as Tuttle's was used in this experiment in strokeprone SHR (SHRsp). A single- or multi-dose of recombinant IL-2 was administered to 42-day-old SHR and blood pressure was measured weekly up to 90 daysold. The result showed that neither single- nor multi-dose of IL-2 had any effect on blood pressure of SHRsp. Single dose administration of IL-2 revealed no significant influence on plasma Ang II in SHRsp as compared with vchicle treated control group, and no difference in responsiveness of aortae to norepinephrine between them either. This study,similar to Pascual's, indicates that subcutaneous administration of IL-2 failed to affect the development of hypertension in SHRsp.
