摘要
目的 探讨食管癌及肺癌易感性与 p5 3PIN3 基因多态性之间的关系。方法 采用序列特异性引物 ,以PCR方法检测 2 36例食管癌、10 4例肺癌和 15 2例健康对照个体外周血DNAp5 3PIN3 多态性分布情况。结果 食管癌、肺癌患者与健康对照组间的 p5 3PIN3 等位基因型及基因型分布无统计学差异。当根据吸烟状态分组时 ,食管癌与健康对照组间的 p5 3PIN3 等位基因型及基因型分布也无显著差异。而肺癌患者不吸烟组的A′等位基因频率明显高于吸烟组患者 (χ2 =4 .2 9,P =0 .0 3) ,较健康不吸烟个体也有明显增高趋势但无统计学差异。且A′A′基因型只在食管癌和肺癌患者中检测到。结论 认为p5 3PIN3 基因多态性与食管癌的发病风险无关 ,可能与肺癌患病易感性有关。
Objective To investigate the association of the p53 PIN polymorphism and the susceptibility to esophageal cancer and lung cancer. Method The p53 PIN3 genotypes were determined by PCR and electropheresis analysis with cancer patients(236 with ESCC,104 with lung cancer) and 152 unrelated healthy controls. Results The allelotype and genotype distribution among ESCC cases,lung cancer patients and healthy controls showed no significant difference. No significant distribution difference between ESCC patients and healthy controls was found when stratified according to the smoking status. However,among lung cancer patients,the A′ allele frequency among non-smokers was significantly higher than that of smoking cases(χ 2 =4.29, P =0.03), although the difference between non-smoking patients and non-smoking healthy controls did not reach significance. The A′A′genotype was only observed among ESCC and lung cancer patients. Conclusion The p53 PIN3 polymorphism may be not associated with the development of ESCC,but may play a role in the susceptibility to lung cancer.
