摘要
研究了R&D拍卖合同的选择和代理人相应的决策.委托人选择合适的代理人,委托其研究或开发一种新产品或新工艺.通过拍卖和代理人签一个激励合同来共同承担风险.给出了在研发规模和投标人数n这些变量变化的时候,委托人合同的选择,也给出了相应的代理人的竞标数额B和努力水平e的选择.
The auction contract choice and the agent's decision are studied. The agent iscontracted by the principal to develop a new product or a new design. An incentive contract is used in order to share risk. The contract choice when x (thescale) or n (the number of the bidders)changes, the principal facing and the agent's choice of B (the bid) and e (the effort level) are presented.
