冲击传递装置(STU)设计及其在孟加拉国帕克西桥中的应用(英文)

摘要 工程师设计桥梁时可选用的结构装置越来越多,这些装置能改变特定时段内桥梁的特性.工程师可使用阻尼器或隔振装置来减小桥梁受力,或使用冲击传递装置(STU)来加固桥梁.这种冲击传递装置能及时锁定并传递荷载从而形成一个固接的整体结构.重点介绍了STU在孟加拉国帕克西桥中的应用.由于梁体超长,帕克西桥中使用的最大STU行程超过750mm,极限承载力达11500kN,总安装长度3530mm,是曾经应用于桥梁中的最大的STU之一. Bridge engineers have the ability to design bridges with an increasingnumber of structural engineered devices that can alter the characteristics of the bridge during a specified time. The engineer can mitigate the forces acting upon the bridge by applying dampers and base isolation, or structurally strengthenthe bridge by incorporating Shock Transmission Units (STUs), which lock up and transmit load making the entire structure a fixed object.The use of the STU for the Paksey Bridge in Bangladesh is highlighted. Due to the extreme lengthof the structure, the largest STUs on Paksey Bridge are required to have a total movement in excess of 750 mm, with an ULS capacity of 11 500 kN and device total installation length 3 530 mm. These devices are among the largest STUs ever fabricated for a bridge.
