高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的检测及其价值

Detecting and Significance of Lymphocytes Apoptosis in Peripheral Blood from Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的 探讨高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的检测方法及其临床价值。方法 采用TUNEL原位细胞凋亡检测技术对 3 0例高血压病患者及 3 0例正常健康对照人群外周血淋巴细胞进行检测。结果 两组中外周血淋巴细胞均有凋亡发生 ,但高血压病组外周血淋巴细胞凋亡例数明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且淋巴细胞凋亡阳性率也高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡可能与高血压病的发生、发展及进程有关。

Objective To investigate the detecting methods and clinical significance of lymphocytes apoptosis in peripheral blood from the patients with primary hypertension. Methods An apoptosis in situ method called TUNEL was used to detect lymphocytes apoptosis in peripheral blood from 30 cases with hypertension and 30 normal cases respectively. Results Lymphocytes apoptosis in peripheral blood was found in both hypertension and control groups.The number of apoptosis cells in hypertension group as well as the number of hypertension patients identified apoptosis was much higher than that in the controls (P<0.05).Conclusion The natural history and pathogensis of hypertension is probably associated with lymphocytes apoptosis in peripheral blood from patients with primary hypertension.
