吸烟女性异丙酚无痛人工流产麻醉效果观察

The Observation of the Anaesthesia Effect when Cigarette Smoking Female Have Indolence Induced Abortion by Propfol

目的 探讨吸烟对无痛人流术中麻醉药物异丙酚用量及镇痛效果的影响。方法 10 2例实施无痛人流术患者分为吸烟组及非吸烟组 ,观察两组患者异丙酚用量及麻醉效果 ,并进行分析。结果 有吸烟习惯的患者术中异丙酚用量明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,且麻醉效果较对照组差。结论 异丙酚的镇痛作用受吸烟因素影响 ,吸烟者较不吸烟者需用更多的镇痛药物方能达到理想效果。

Objective To study the smoking cigarette influence of the propfol dosage and ease pain effect during having indolence induced abortion. Methods 102 patients undergoing indolence induced abortion were divided into the smoking cigarette group and nonsmoking group, observe the propfol dosage and ease pain effect , and proceeds analysis.Results The propfol dosage of smoking cigarette group gained obvious ( P<0.01), and the anaesthetize result was bad than the matched group.Conclusion The ease pain effect of propfol can be influence by smoking factor, smoker need more anaesthesia medicine to attain the ideal result than nonsmoker.
