On the Development of Chinese Art Song

艺术歌曲是在中西音乐文化的多次碰撞、交融中逐步发展起来的,是经过引进模仿、学习借鉴、吸收融合等多个阶段后,形成了中国艺术歌曲创作及演唱模式。对这段发展历史的回顾,除了学习总结过去的经验和教训之外,另外一个重要目的,是希望能够探索未来具有民族特色的艺术歌曲进一步发展的新思路。

The Chinese art song was growing from the many collisions and amalgamations of the Chinese and western music culture. After several phases of imitation, study and amalgamation, the Chinese art song formed its own composition and performance style. A review of this history is not only for learning from the past but also for the exploring of a new idea on the further development of the art song with Chinese characteristics.
