合肥二电厂双进双出钢球磨煤机调试中存在的问题及其解决措施

介绍合肥二电厂 2× 35 0MW燃煤机组BBD4 0 6 0型双进双出钢球磨煤机的结构特点 ,以及其静态与动态调试过程中所遇到的问题。经对存在问题进行分析后 ,给出了解决措施。这些措施对其它同类型钢球磨煤机的调试具有借鉴意义。

The operation performance of BBD4060 type ball mills with double entry and double exit of 2×350MW coalfiring units in Hefei Power Plant NO.2, as well as problems existing in the process of static and dynamic debugging have been presented, having important significance for reference in debugging of similar type ball mills.
