摘要
为了解决耒阳电厂 6 70t/h煤粉锅炉排烟温度过高的问题 ,经试验分析 ,提出了省煤器改造的 4种方案 ,并详细比较分析了各种方案的优缺点 ,最终确定在现有光管省煤器之上加一部分螺旋肋片管的改造方案。方案实施后 ,排烟温度降低约 2 2℃ ,且改造工作量小、投资少 ,具有很好的经济性和推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of undue high exhaust gas temperature of a 670t/h pulverized coal boiler, four schemes of retrofitting the economiser have been put forward on the basis of measurement, test, and theoritical analysis, strong and weak points of each scheme being carefully compared and analysed. Finally, it is determined to use a scheme of adding partial spiral ribbed tubes to the existing economizer of smooth tubes. After implementation of the said scheme, the exhaust gas temperature can be lowered by 22℃, and the work quantity of retrofitting to be small, the capital investment to be little, having very good economic and popularized value.
