摘要
对黄埔发电厂 2台 30 0MW汽轮机中压缸在机组起动过程中长期出现正胀差超限问题进行了分析 ,认为中压缸本身结构不完善和蒸汽加热系统中加热蒸汽量不足 ,以及起动各阶段运行调整不够合理是主要原因。对此 ,提出了降低汽轮机中压缸正胀差的措施 ,实施后效果显著。
The positive differential expansion exceeding limit for intermediate pressure cylinder often occurred on two 300MW steam turbines in Huangpu Power Plant has been analysed, it is considered that the main causes are as follows:(1) the structure of intermediate pressure cylinder proper isn't perfect; (2) insufficient heating steam flow in the steam heating system; (3) the operation adjustment in every stage of starting up isn't reasonable. For these, measures of decreasing the said positive differential expansion have been taken, and having obvious effectiveness after implementation of abovementioned measures.
