发作性睡病及其药物治疗 被引量:4

摘要 发作性睡病临床上表现为病理性睡眠、猝倒症、睡瘫症和入睡性幻觉四联症,系由于异常快眼动相睡眠所致。发病与遗传和环境因素有关,食欲素与发作性睡病的关系令人注目。治疗包括精神兴奋剂和抗抑郁剂等,其中莫达非尼倍受青睐。
