摘要
目的 :测定新疆不同地区桑叶中芦丁的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为ZORBAX—ODS(5 μm .12 5mm× 4 .6mmi.d .)柱 ,甲醇 :0 .4 %的磷酸溶液 (体积比为 4 5 :5 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 36 0nm。结果 :在上述色谱条件下芦丁的峰面积与其质量浓度 ρ在 0 .0 2 9~ 0 .4 0 6 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为Y =2 75 7.2 5x +3.10 ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 96 .6 % ,RSD =1.0 6 % (n =8)。实验证明吐鲁番地区的桑叶中芦丁的含量最高。结论 :本法简单、快速 ,结果准确。
ObjectivesA HPLC method has been developed for the determination of Rutin in Mulberry Leaves. Methods: Rutin was separated completely on a ZORBAX-ODS column(125mm×4.6mmi.d.), using a mixture of methanol: 0.4% phosphor-acid(45:55) as mobile phase, with detection wave at 360nm. Results: There was a good liner relationship between the peak area and the concentration of sample in the range of 0.029~0.406μg for Rutin. The corresponding regression equation was Y=257.25x+3.10 r=0.9998. The average recovery was 96.6% and RSD was 1.06%(n=8). Conclusion: The results showed that this method is simple, specific and accurate.
