动脉灌注化疗结合立体定向放射治疗胰腺癌30例

Arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with stereo tactic radiotherapy for 30 pancreatic cancer patients.

目的 分析胰腺癌动脉灌注化疗结合立体定向放射治疗的疗效。方法 对 30例胰腺癌先行动脉灌注化疗 ,2周后行立体定向放射治疗 ,每次 5～ 6Gy ,共 7～ 8次。结果 有效率 (CR +PR)为 70 % ,1、2年生存率分别为 73 3%、36 7%。结论 动脉灌注化疗结合立体定向放射治疗 ,是一种对胰腺癌较有效的治疗方法 。

Objective To analyze the treatment results of pancreatic cancer by arterial infusion chemotherapy plus stereo tactic radiotherapy.Methods From October 1998 to February 2001,30 patients with pancreatic cancer were treated by arterial infusion chemotherapy.Stereo tactic radiotherapy was given after 2 weeks(35～45Gy in 7～8 fractions,5～6Gy/Fx).Results The overall response(CR+PR)rate was 70%.The 1-,2-year survival rates were 73.3% and 36.7% respectively.Conclusion Arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with stereo tactic radiotherapy is a potential method for patients with pancreatic cancer.
