糖尿病治疗状况及并发症现状的调查

Investigation on the Diabetesl Mellitus: Complications and Management

目的 了解我院糖尿病人群中糖尿病控制、治疗和晚期并发症的状况。方法 随机选取在本院进行治疗超过 12个月的糖尿病病人 5 0例 ,详细询问病史及体格检查 ,并同步采取HbA1c血样统一检测。结果 FBG (7.39± 0 .75 )mmol/l,5 6 %患者的FBG >7.0mmol/l,HbA1c 6 .75 %± 0 .4 4 ,84 %患者的HbA1c<8.0 % ,所有指标均达可接受目标者男性仅 2人 ,女性 5人。结论 我院对糖尿病患者的糖代谢控制水平尚可 ,但整体糖尿病控制水平不够理想 。

Objective To investigate the status of the diabetes mellitus(DM)control,DM management and late complication in the DM population of our hospital.Methods Fifty patients were recruited from all that had been registered in our hospital for the management of diabetes for more than 12 months.Blood samples for centralized HbA1c measurements were taken from them.Results In all the patients,the average value of FPG was(7.39±0.75)mmol/l;the percentage of those whose FPG above 7.0 mmol/l was 56%;HbA1c was(6.75%±0.44);the percentage of those whose HbA1c was lower than 8.0% was 84%.There were only 2 men and 5 women whose indexes were all at the acceptable level.Conclusion It is effective to the DM patients at the glycometabolism control in our hospital, but in a whole,which need to be improved.We should do better in the total control of the diabetes.
