Analysis of Factors Causing Amblyopia Recurrence

目的 探讨弱视复发影响及远期疗效的因素。方法 对 2 4 2例 (4 36眼 )基本治愈的弱视患者进行 3年以上的随访。经散瞳验光后证明视力下降至 0 .9时为弱视复发眼。结果 本组弱视复发率为 2 9.82 % ,屈光参差性弱视和斜视性弱视复发率明显高于屈光不正性弱视复发率。弱视程度越重 ,复发率越高。旁中心注视弱视复发率明显高于中心凹注视弱视。结论 弱视复发与弱视的类型。

Objective The factors that led to recurrence of amblyopia and affected long-term of curative effect on amblyopia were investigated.Methods The subsequent examination was done over three years for 242(436 eyes)patients with amblyopia who had been cured basically.After cycloplegic optometry,it was confirm as amblyopia recurrence when vision was reduced to≤0.9.Results The rate of amblyopia recurrence was 29.82% in the study.The recurrence rates of anisometropic amblyopia and strabismic amblyopia were higher than that of ametropic amblyopia significantly. The more serious amblyopia recurrence was, the higher recurrence rate was. Obviously, recurrence rate of amblyopia of eccentric fixation was higher than that of amblyopia of central fixation.Conclusion Amblyopia recurrence is related to type, seriousness of amblyopia and fixation property.
