摘要 目的 了解早期综合性康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中神经功能恢复的影响 ,降低缺血性卒中致残率。方法 将6 5例首次发病的缺血性脑卒中急性期患者随机分为康复治疗组和对照组。分别于入院当时和治疗后 6周、12周 ,用简易智能量表 (MMSE)、Fugl Meyer运动功能量表 (FMA)及BARTHELINDEX量表 (BI)进行效果评价。 结果 与对照组比较 ,康复组FMA及BI评分 6周即有所提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,12周后有明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) .MMSE评分在12周后也有提高P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To find out the effect of early integrative rehabilitation therapy on nerve function recovery after acute ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty-five cases of initial acute ischimic stroke were divided into 2 groups randomly, including rehabilitation group and control group.They were evaluated according MMSE,FMA,BI in admission and at 6,12 weeks after therapy.Results the score of FMA and BI for rehabilitation group had increased statistically in 6 weeks after therapy(P<0.05),and increased markedly in 12 weeks after therapy(P<0.01).The score of MMSE for rehabilitation group had also increased markedly in 12 weeks after therapy.Conclusion Early integrative rehabilitation therapy can effectly improve the nerve function of patient suffering from acute ischemic stroke.
