运用虚拟样机技术对四连杆组合臂架变幅轨迹的仿真研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了尽可能降低变幅机构的驱动功率和提高机构的操作性能 ,通常要对四连杆组合臂架的变幅轨迹进行研究 .传统的作图方法精度低 ,周期长 ;而数学解析方法不直观 ,均有其缺陷 .文中结合一个工程实例 ,在 ADAMS软件平台上 ,对门座起重机的变幅过程进行了虚拟样机研究 ,较好地解决了变幅轨迹的求解问题 . In the design of operating range mechanism of the crane, to reduce the driving power as low as possible, designers usually have to study the moving track of operating range system. As traditional methods, the method of illustration has the limit of low precision and time consuming, the method of analytics is invisible. In this paper, with the help of software ADAMS and through a true engineering example, the operating range process of crane is studied in virtual prototype technique,the problem of the track of operating range is solved rather perfectly. Finally, the applying future of virtual prototype technique in the field of engineering machinery is prospected.
