摘要
对新研制的双激振电动机驱动平动椭圆振动筛做了理论研究 ,建立了自同步平动椭圆筛的力学模型 ;通过对该型筛的动力学分析 ,确定了平动椭圆筛力心 ,并用解析法证明了力心的唯一性。该型筛的电动机位置和其内部结构完全不同于美国BEM振动筛 ,它通过调节上、下偏心块的夹角 ,可实现力心与筛箱质心的重合 ,从而也形成平动椭圆振动轨迹。与GW - 1型和BEM型平动椭圆振动筛相比 ,该型筛节省占地面积 ,噪声小 ,运转平稳 。
A study is made on the newly-developed balanced elliptical shale shaker driven by dual-vibrating motors. The mechanical model for the self-synchronous balanced elliptical shale shaker is established. By means of the dynamics analysis, the center of the vibrating force of the shaker is determined, which is proved exclusive. By adjusting the inclination between the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the force center of the shaker can be coincided with the mass center of the screen box, thereby the shaker will move in a translation elliptical vibration trajectory.
