摘要
在简述了虚拟样机技术的内涵和理论基础后 ,根据我国石油机械产品特点和石油机械制造业产品技术开发现状 ,详述了石油机械应用虚拟样机技术的体系结构和要解决的关键问题。应用ADAMS虚拟样机软件对C32 0游梁式抽油机悬点运动规律进行了仿真分析计算 ,结果表明 。
After an explanation of the meaning and theory foundation of the virtual protetype technique, this article analyzes the characteristics and developing status of oilfield equipment in China, and expounds the system architecture of the virtual prototype technique for petroleum machinery and the key problems needed to be solved. In addition, it makes a simulation computation of the motion law of the polished rod of C320 beam pumping unit by using ADAMS software. And the result of the computation shows that the virtual prototype technique can solve effectively the problems in the design of oilfield equipment.
