摘要
文章分析水泥胶结测井刻度位置不易确定的原因 ,提出了自动刻度方法 ,并对刻度软件进行了改进 ,实现了水泥胶结测井刻度一次成功 ,使水泥胶结测井刻度趋于标准化、自动化 ,减少了人为因素影响 ;针对水泥胶结测井中信号基线漂移的问题 ,采用软件寻找实际信号基线 ,该方法保证了水泥胶结测井能够真实地反映井身的固井质量。
The calibration position of cement bond log (CBL) is hard to be determined,the author analyzes the reason causing the problem and improves the current calibration method,realizing CBL successful calibration in one run,making the normalization and autocommunization of CBL calibration possible,and reducing the influence by induced factors. Aiming at the problem of base line shift of CBL,the author develops a method that uses software to trace the actual CBL signal base line. The method ensures that the CBL results reflect the actual cement bond quality and it is proven reliable and effective by practical applications.
