摘要
对传统的C/S模型和新兴的B/S模型的构建进行了描述 ,C/S和B/S体系为科研管理的网络平台的铺设提供了良好的开发模式。对其的优劣进行比较 ,并认为这两种模式将会长期协调发展。正确、合理地结合二者的优势 ,可发挥其最大效益 ,实现科研管理系统的高效运行。
