探讨进口的4号卧式热媒炉内置式空预器的酸露点腐蚀机理、腐蚀危害性,指出内置式空预器换热列管全部更换及烟囱做了外保温是预防腐蚀、延长使用寿命的方法。

The mechanism and harmfulness of acid dew point corrosion of the inner air preheating exchanger in the imported No.4 horizontal HTM furnace were discussed.It is pointed out that the methods to prevent corrosion and prolong the lifetime are the complete changing of heat exchange shell-and-tube and adding outside thermal insulation to the funnel.
