摘要
目的 研究沙眼衣原体感染U93 7细胞后能否诱导SOCS -1、3mRNA的表达及其表达特点 ,为探讨SOCS的表达与IFN -γ的拮抗及沙眼衣原体的持续性感染之间的关系提供理论和实验依据。 方法 应用RT -PCR检测无沙眼衣原体感染的U93 7细胞SOCS -1、3mRNA的表达及沙眼衣原体感染U93 7细胞后不同时间SOCS -1、3mRNA的表达。 结果 U 93 7细胞本身并不表达SOCS -1、3mRNA ,但在感染沙眼衣原体后 4h后出现SOCS -3mRNA的表达 ,并持续至感染后 2 4h ;而在沙眼衣原体感染后的 72h内却始终未观察到SOCS -1mRNA的表达。 结论 沙眼衣原体感染U93 7细胞后可诱导SOCS -3mRNA的表达。
Objective By studying the induction of SOCS-1,3 mRNA in Chlamydia trachomatis-infected U937 Cells and the speciality of their expression to provide theoretical and experimental basis for further exploring the relationship of SOCS, chlamydial persistent infection and IFN-γ resistance of Chlamydia trachomatis-infected cells. Methods RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of SOCS-1,3mRNA in Chlamydia trachomatis-infected and mock-infected U937 cells. Results Constitutive SOCS-1,3mRNA expression was not found in mock-infected U937 cells, in contrast, inoculate U937 cells with Chlamydia trachomatis results in induction of SOCS-3mRNA during the period of 4h to 24h after inoculation, no expression of SOCS-1mRNA was observed in 72h in chlamydia-infected U937 cells. Conclusion The expression of SOCS-3mRNA can be induced in U937 cells infected by Chlamydia trachomatis.
