深圳市宝安区丝虫病监测及流行病学特征分析

The Epidemiological Character and Surveillance of Filariasis in Bao'an, Shenzhen From 1970 to 2003

目的 通过监测了解和掌握宝安区 (县 )丝虫病发病情况在我区流行规律和变迁 ,为基本消灭我区丝虫病制定防治对策提供依据。 方法 利用宝安区 1970～ 2 0 0 3年丝虫病监测、计划、总结等资料进行了回顾性调查 ,并作描述性研究分析。 结果 1998年 ,广东省卫生厅组织专家对我县进行消灭丝虫病审评 ,确认我县已阻断班氏丝虫病传播 ,达到了消灭丝虫病标准。 结论 单一针对病原的技术措施 ,能达到阻断班氏丝虫病传播 。

ObjectiveTo determine the incidence and change of Filariasis in Bao'an District.MethodsRetrospective study and descriptive statistics were made according to Epidemiological compilation and Annual Population Statistics Reports of Bao'an District.ResultAccording to the technical review and evaluation on eradication of filarasis organized by Guangdong Provincial Health Bureau, the interruption of bancroftian filariasis transmission was confirmed successful, proving that Baoan District has reached the target of eliminating filariasis.ConclusionBancroftian filariasis transmission can be interrupted and elimination criteria can be achieved by the technical measurses of treating infection sources.
