摘要
目的 :观察中药 2号方促进肝细胞再生的分子生物学机制。方法 :采用大鼠部分肝切除法复制肝细胞再生模型 ,用中药 2号方进行治疗 ,并与促肝细胞生长因子西药进行对比。用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法观察肝脏组织中琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、5′核苷酸酶 (5′ N )、Mg2 + ATP酶、DNA、肝糖原及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA )的变化 ,并进行图像分析处理。结果 :中药组 SDH、DNA、肝糖原、PCNA的升高明显大于模型组。结论 :中药 2号方有明显的促进肝细胞再生的作用。
Objective: To observe the change and metabolism of the traditional Chinese herb 2 nd decoction(中药2号方) promoting hepatic recytogenesis. Methods: The model of hepatic recytogenesis was duplicated with partial hepatectomy in rats. The model rats were treated with the traditional Chinese herb 2 nd decoction, and contrasted to the western medicine hepatic cells generating factor. Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH), 5′-nucleotidase(5′-N), Mg 2+-ATPase, DNA, glycogen and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of hepatic tissue were observed by histochemistry and immunohistochemistry, and processed with image analysis. Results: The increase of SDH, DNA, glycogen and PCNA in the traditional Chinese herb group were higher than those of the model group obviously. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese herb 2 nd decoction could promote hepatic recytogenesis evidently.
