两种不同原因呼吸衰竭的机械通气治疗比较

Comparisons of Treatment Effects Using Mechanical Ventilation on Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的 探讨不同原因阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征和 (或 )合并肺泡低通气综合征患者和慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者引起的呼吸衰竭机械通气效果的比较。方法 用 84 0 0鸟牌呼吸机对 6例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征引起呼吸衰竭者和 30例由慢性阻塞性肺部疾病所致呼吸衰竭者进行机械通气治疗。结果 两组病人机械通气时间及住院天数明显不同 ,两者有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。两组病人治疗前后血气分析比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 对呼衰病人施行机械通气的疗效取决于疾病的类型。

Objective To investigat the differences of the causes of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), alveolar hypoventilation syndrome (AHS) and chronic obstructive pneumonia disease (COPD) with respiratory failure (RF), and to compare the effects of mechanical ventilation (MV) in the treatment of the diseases.Methods Six patients with OSAS, (Group 1, 2 cases with AHS) and 30 patients with COPD (Group 2) , all with RF, were treated using MV Ventilator Bird 8400 made in the U.S. Results The results of the two groups with MV were compared. The ventilation times and length of stay were significantly different: P<0.01.Conclusion The treatment effects of mechanical ventilation on patients may vary, depending on the types of diseases.
