摘要
以刚玉、尖晶石、纯铝酸钙水泥和氧化铝微粉为主原料 ,研究了氧化锆对刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料热震稳定性的影响 ,并采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析了试样的相组成和显微结构。结果表明 :加入约 3%的氧化锆可以大幅度提高刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料的热震稳定性 ,但过多的氧化锆对刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料的热震稳定性不利 ;含锆刚玉 -尖晶石浇注料热震稳定性提高的机理为微裂纹增韧。
The influence of zirconia on thermal shock stability of corundum-spinel castables was studied by using corundum,spinel,calcium aluminate cement and ultra-fine alumina powder as main starting materials,the phase compositions and microstructure were studied by using XRD and SEM.The results show 3wt% zirconia addition can improve thermal shock stability of castables considerably.The results also indicate too much zircon is harmful to thermal shock stability.The improved mechanism is microcrack toughening.
