摘要
从太原市科普工作现状、工作中存在的问题等方面论述了科普工作是一项长期、复杂的社会系统工程,需要动员全社会力量参与科普事业,并从制度上保证科普工作的各项投入,从而使科学技术成为提高人民生活和促进生产发展的第一因素。
This paper points out that popular science work is a long-term,complex social system engineering according to the present situation of popular science work and existing problems in work.We need mobilizing social power to participate in popular science cause and ensure the various investment of popular science work in system so as to make sci-tech to become first factor of development in people living and production.
