摘要
以太原重型机械(集团)有限公司为例,阐述了人力资源在企业的重要作用,通过对人力资源结构、基础以及它与企业文化的关系分析,得出培训在企业的基础作用,以及企业文化对人力资源的深刻影响,进而构建人力资源结构纵与横的合理配置。
This paper illustrates with examples about Taiyuan Heavy Mechanical Group Limited Company and expounds the important role of human resource in enterprise.Through the analysis for the structure of human resource,the foundation of human resource and the relation between it and corporative culture,reaching the reasonable disposition about the structure of human resource vertically and horizontally,the basic roles of training in enterprise,the deep influence of corporative culture on human resource.
