流域生态需水量计算方法的研究

从保证生态环境稳定的角度出发,重点探讨了半湿润地区生态环境建设中生态需水量的估算问题.将流域生态需水量分为河道外和河道内生态需水量两部分,结合水量平衡原理,分别讨论了这两部分生态需水量的计算方法,为制定社会经济的发展规划提供决策支持.

From the angle of ensuring the stability of the ecological environment,this paper focus on the method for calculating the ecological water demand in semi-humid area.The ecological water demand would be divided into two parts.One is called ecological water demand outside river and another is the ecological water demand inside river.Combined with the water balance principle,the calculating methods of the above two parts are discussed differently.All these can support to making decision during the period of formulating the social and economic plan.
