略论一氧化氮对脑疾病的影响

The effect of NO on the brain diseases

一氧化氮(NO)作为中枢神经系统内一种结构最简单的多功能非经典性细胞递质和信使分子,在正常脑功能调节和许多疾病发生中起着十分重要的作用.本文着重讨论NO对脑功能的调节与一些脑疾病如癫痫、帕金森氏病、脑损伤性缺血等发病的影响.

NO is a kind of multifunction、non classical cell-transmitters and messenge molecule in central nervous system,which has the simplest structure.No play a very important role in adjusting normal brain function and many diseases.This paper emphasize the effect of NO on brain function and some disease,such as epilepsy、Parkinson's Disease、injuried cerebral ischemia,etc.
