植物基因工程是近20年来随着DNA重组技术、基因遗传转化技术及植物组织培养技术发展而兴起的生物技术.自转基因植物产生之日起,其研究发展迅速,被广泛地应用于各个领域.本文简要阐述了基因植物的研究概况、在农业中的应用及其生物安全性,并展望了植物基因工程的发展前景.

Since 1980,With the developing of DNA recombining technique,genetic transformation technique and plant tissue culture techunique,plant gene engineering get a very important biotechnology.The developing is so fast that it have been applied wildly in every field.This paper illuminated the basic progress of transgenic plants、the applying in agriculture and its biosafety,in the end,pointing the development trend of transgenic plants.
