正交法探讨抗生素微生物检定法的影响因素

目的探讨抗生素微生物检定法的影响因素。方法采用正交试验法,通过对罗红霉素分散片含量采用的抗生素微生物检定法进行研究。结果平皿分成上下两排,上排先滴加低浓度标准液(1234)下排按逆时针方向滴样(4321),加完菌层下排平皿转180°,滴样量用移液器定量(258μl)滴样为最佳实验操作方法。结论正交试验法为研究其影响因素的一个有效方法。
