摘要
目的探讨抗生素微生物检定法的影响因素。方法采用正交试验法,通过对罗红霉素分散片含量采用的抗生素微生物检定法进行研究。结果平皿分成上下两排,上排先滴加低浓度标准液(1234)下排按逆时针方向滴样(4321),加完菌层下排平皿转180°,滴样量用移液器定量(258μl)滴样为最佳实验操作方法。结论正交试验法为研究其影响因素的一个有效方法。
Objective To probe into microoganism's influence factors of assaying the law of antibiotic.Methods Adopting and paying experiment law,through confronting with each other and giving birth to plain kinds of preparation Luo erythromycins disperse scenes of antibiotic microorganism which content adopt assay law main influence go on and study by factor.Results The flat ware was divided into two platoon:from head to foot.On arrange and drip first it was lowered by density standard liquid(1234)to lay and arranging and drip by style in counterclockwise direction to add(4321);finish adding and arrange the flat ware to transfer to180under fungus layer&-#186;drip style quantity and drip style as the best experiment working technique by moving the ration(258μl)of liquid machines.Conclusion Orthgonal test is an effective method for studying the influencing factors in assaying the law of antibiotic.
