摘要
随着ARJ21飞机项目的进展,适航取证已成为项目工作中的重点之一。本文结合我国适航标准的实际,简要介绍了FAR(联邦航空条例)的组成、主要内容,以及对航空电子系统方面的要求,着重对安全性技术标准在飞机系统设计及取证过程中的作用以及评估分析的方法进行了探讨,以期对今后技术工作的开展有所裨益。
As ARJ program has been going into the development phase, certification has become one of the critical tasks for the program. This paper focuses on the description of the FAR (federal aviation regulation) composition, content and specific requirements to avionics system with consideration of domestic airworthiness practice. A preliminary study result of methodology for system safety assessment and system safety analysis and the roles of related safety technical standard in a/c system certification process are described to guide the system technical work to be performed.
