对我国加入WTO后培训市场机制进行了研究,分析了当前教育与培训市场上亟待解决的问题,阐述了教育与培训方式与方法,并就提高企业培训的经济效益、降低培训经费提出了具体的做法.

In this paper,the system of training market in our country after joined WTO was researched. Both educating and training methods and ways of business were discussed. Some proposals of improving economic benefit and reducing training cost for the business were offered.
