Correlations Between the Bigonial Breadth and the Length of the Zygomatic Arch, the Depth of the Zygomatic Arch,the Thickness of the Mandibular Angle in Male Adults

目的 测量下颌角间宽与颧弓深度、颧弓长度及下颌角厚度并进行相关分析 ,以期在活体上通过测量下颌角间宽来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度、下颌角厚度 ,为临床行颜面美容矫治术及复合体的制作提供相关资料。方法 经福尔马林固定、颜面骨正常的成人男性尸体 5 0具 ,按《人体测量方法》 ,用游标卡尺直接测量下颌角间宽、左右两侧颧弓深度与长度、下颌角厚度。结果 颧弓深度、颧弓长度、下颌角厚度与下颌角间宽其相关系数分别是 ,颧弓深度为 0 .649(P =0 .0 0 1 ) ,颧弓长度为 0 .5 84(P =0 .0 0 1 ) ,下颌角厚为 1 .0 (P =0 .0 0 1 ) ,颧弓深度、长度左、右无明显差别。结论 临床采用测量下颌角间宽来推算颧弓深度、颧弓长度及下颌角厚度具有显著性意义。

Objective By measuring the bigonial breadth,the length and depth of the zygomatic arch and the thickness of the mandibular angle, of 50 male adult corpses and analyzing their correlation, the author attempts to measure only the bigonial breadth of the patients to calculate the depth and length of the zygomatic arch and the thickness of the mandibular angle so that interrelated information can be provided for the facial Cosmetic Surgery and the making of the Compound Units. Method Acccording to The Surveying Method of the Human Being,the bigonial bredth,the length and depth of zygomatic arch and the thickness of the mandibular angle are measured with a viiner calliper from 50 male adult corpses with formalin fixed and with normal facil bones. Result The length and the depth of the zygomatic arch and the thickness of the mandibular angle have positive correlations with the bigonial breadth. The correlation coefficients are as follows: the length of the zygomatic arch 0.584 (P=0.001), The depth of the zygomatic arch 0.649 (P=0 001), the thickness of the mandibular angle 1.00 (P=0.001). Conclusion It is applicable that the length and depth of the zygomatic arch, the thickness of the mandibular angle can be calculated by means of the measurement of the bigonial breadth.
