Value of CA125 in serum in diagnosis of benign diseases of lung

[目的 ]探讨在细菌性肺炎和结核中CA1 2 5临床诊断价值。 [方法 ]采用电化学发光方法检测血清中CA1 2 5。 [结果 ]肺炎患者血清CA1 2 5值为 (5 4.5 4± 5 2 .39)IU /mL ,肺结核为 (2 0 3.83±2 6 9.80 )IU/mL ,均比正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肺炎患者CA1 2 5含量明显低于肺癌患者(1 6 7.71± 4 2 1 .6 3)IL/mL和结核 (包括肺结核和结核性胸膜炎 )患者 ,治疗后肺炎和结核患者血清CA1 2 5含量明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 )。 [结论 ]动态监测CA1 2

To explore the value of CA125 in the serum in the diagnosis of pneumonia and tuberculosis(pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy ) . The serum level of CA125 was assayed by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. The serum level of CA125 was notably elevated in pneumonia and tuberculosis( pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy ) compared with the control group( P < 0.01). The CA125 level of pneumonia was notably decreased compared with that of pulmonary cancer and tuberculosis (pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy ).The serum level of CA125 in the pneumonia and tuberculosis decreased notably after treatment( P <0.01). [Conclusion] The dynamic detection of CA125 in the serum is an important index in the diagnosis and observation of therapeutic effect of pneumonia and tuberculous(pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy ).
