白血病多药耐药逆转研究现状

化学治疗是白血病重要的治疗手段之一。近年来新的化疗药物不断涌现 ,化疗方案不断更新 ,然而白血病总的完全缓解率和长期生存率仍然低下 ,就其原因 ,主要是白血病细胞对化疗药物的多药耐药 (MDR)。作者就逆转白血病MDR方法的最新进展作一综述。

Chemotherapy is one of the important methods of treating leukaemia. Recently the new chemotherapeutic drugs always appear endlessly, and the plan of chemotherapy update endlessly. But the total catabatic rate and viability are still low. The important reason is the multidrug resistance of leukemic cells to chemotherapeutic drugs. This article sums up the new methods of reversing leukemic MDR.
