药品专利是国际通行的保护工业产权制度,我国实行药品专利势在必行;认识新药研究开发的特点和发展趋势,增强自觉性和紧迫感;建立我国新药研究开发体系,促进医药工业发展战略转变。

Pharmaceutical patent is a current system in the world for protecting industrial property. It is to be imperative to carry out this system in China. We should enhance our selfconciousness and strenuousness in recongnizing the special characteristics and development trends in the field of research and development of new drugs. A system of research and development of new drugs should be established in China to promote the strategic changes in pharmaceutical industry.
