刮板机闸板的改造

Improvement on Scraping Transporter Valve

针对传统插板式闸板在使用过程中存在的缺陷 ,提出可行的改造方案 ,用翻板式闸板代替插板式闸板 ,降低了劳动强度 ,提高了效率 ,降低了成本 ,解决了刮板机运行时积煤、浮链的问题。

Accordnance with existing defect of traditional pinboard valve in the course of use,puts forward the improving plan taked place of pinboard valve by slat valve,it reduces labour intensity,raises efficiency,reduces the cost, resolves the gathering coal and floating link problems when scraping transporter operated.
