中药麦冬类的粉末显微鉴定研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文首次对来源于百合科沿阶草属(Ophiogon Ker-Gawl.)和山麦冬属(Liriope Lour.)16种(变种)麦冬进行了粉末显微鉴定研究。发现块根内、外皮层细胞,草酸钙结晶形状为属间鉴别依据;外皮层细胞形状,石细胞大小、壁厚,内皮层细胞形状,草酸钙结晶大小及管胞的类型为种间的主要鉴别特征。 This paper deals with 16 species and varieties from genera Ophiopogon and Liriope under the general name 'Mai-Dong', viz. , O. japonicus (L. f.) Ker-Gawl., O. bodinieri Levl., O. bodinieri Levl. var. pygmaeus Wang et Dai, O. intermedius D. Don, O. bockianus Diels, O. angustifoliatus (Wang et Tang) S.C. Chen, O. mairei Levl., O. szechuanensis Wang et Tang, O. stenophyllus (Merr.) Rodrig., L. spicata (Thunh.) Lour., L. spicata (Thunb.) Lour. var. prolifera Y.J. Ma, L. platyphylla Wang et Tang, L. muscari (Decne.) Bailey, L. graminifolia (L.) Baker, L. minor (Maxim.) Makino and L. kansuensis (Batal.) C.H. Wright. The powder of the tuberous roots of the 16 species and varieties were examined through light microscope. The results showed that genus Ophiopogon and genus Lirope are identified easily based on the morphological characteristics of exodermis and endodermal cells, and the shape of crystals. The species and varieties can be distinguished obviously by the shape of exodermis cells, the size and thickness of cell wall of the stone cells, the shape of endodermal cells, the size of oxalate crystals and type the of tracheid.
