摘要
中药旱莲草为菊科一年生草本植物鳢肠(Eclipta prostrata L.)的全草,具有滋阴益肾、凉血止血之功效,临床用于治疗肝肾阴虚、阴虚血热引起的头晕目眩、须发早白、吐衄。
Oral administration of Herba Eclipta Prostrata (HEP) docoction markedly increased the weight of thymus in young mice at the dose of 10 g/kg, 20 g/kg×7 d, and enhanced the clearance rate of charcoal particles in mice at 20 g/kg; HEP also significantly promoted delayed footpad reaction caused by SRBC and the contact dermatitis induced by DNCB in mice; The number of leukocytes and T lymphocytes percent ratio in mice were increased by HEP ig 10 g/kg. There was no effect on the production of antibody by HEP in mice.
