摘要
CPA矩阵分光光度法具有原理简单,方法灵敏、准确,运算简捷和测定点数少等优点,为多组分同时测定提供了快捷有效的分析手段。对于该法的应用已有报道。
This article introduces the major principle and the experimental method of CPA-matrix simultaneous determination of multicoponent systems. Without prior separation, three-component system of theophylline, ephedrine hydrochloride, amobarbital in Xiehuanlin tablets were simultaneously determined by CPA-matrix method. The computative process was designed in BASIC language. The 'conditional number' and the 'recoveries' were used to select the optional analytical wavelengths. The recoveries for each were 95.7-102.0% with the CV% ranged 0.17—4.7.
