Use of Fluorospectrophotometry for Assay of Low Dosage Estradiol Valerate of Compound Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate Injection

复方己酸孕酮注射液为国内常用长效甾体避孕药。制剂中含有己酸孕酮和戊酸雌二醇两种组分,由于戊酸雌二醇的相对含量低,且紫外吸收较弱,给分析带来一定困难。

Natrual-fluorescence method has been utilized to assay the estradiol valerate of compound hydroxyprogesterone caproate injection. The wavelength of excitation was 295 nm and that of emission was 308 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.24～0.48 μg/ml (r=0.9990). The mean recovery was 100.8 (CV=1.0%, n=5).
