脑电图构型特征对昏迷患者预后的评估价值

Value of electroencephalogram patterns in evaluating the prognosis of comatose patients

目的:探讨昏迷患者脑电图构型与昏迷程度和预后的关系。方法:回顾性研究过去22年间580例昏迷患者的临床资料和脑电图构型。结果:脑电图显示广泛性δ波(246例),弥漫性δ波一侧偏胜(114例),α-昏迷(40例),β-昏迷(12例),纺锤-昏迷(10例),三相波(53例),广泛性周期性复合慢波(15例),周期性一侧癫痫样放电(38例),平坦波(18例),爆发-抑制(34例)。结论:分析昏迷患者的脑电图构型对判断昏迷程度和预后有一定意义。

AIM:To explore the relationship of electroencephalogram(EEG) patterns to the severity of coma and prognosis. METHODS:The clinical data and EEG patterns of 580 comatose patients in the past 22 years were retrospectively studied. RESULTS:The EEGs showed that there were 246 cases of generalized δwave, 114 of diffuse δwave with unilateral predominance,40 of α coma,12 of β coma,10 of spindle coma,53 of triphasic wave,15 of generalized periodic slow complexes,38 of periodic lateralized epileptiform discharges,18 of electrocerebral silence and 34 of burst suppression. CONCLUSION:Analysis of EEG patterns in comatose patients may be of some significance in evaluating the severity of coma and predicting the prognosis.
