摘要
用线型聚二甲基硅氧烷及硅树脂合成了溶液型聚硅氧烷压敏胶。对压敏胶的组成、配比及反应条件等因素对该压敏胶的粘性、稳定性等性能的影响进行了研究。采用现代物理学方法对该压敏胶进行了物理表征,并测定了其皮肤原发性刺激性。结果表明,粘度在1.0×10^(-3)2.2×10^(-3)Pa·s的聚硅氧烷与硅树脂在配比(重量)约为1∶1时,可得到具有良好粘贴能力及稳定性、无刺激性的聚硅氧烷压敏胶。
Silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were synthesized by liner poly (dimethylsiloxane) polymer and silicone resin. The influence of polymer composition and reaction condition on the adhesive properties, such as viscosity and stability, was studied. The PSA's physical character was shown by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and IR, and the test of primary skin irritation was taken. The results indicated that medical silicone PSAs with desirable adhesive properties, good stability and low level of skin irritation were produced when polymer (1.0×10^(-3)~2.2×10^(-3) Pa·s) and resin were mixed with 1:1 ratio of weight.
